My Journey
I’ve been obsessed with fashion since I could remember, sketching outfits in my fashion journal at 10. But it wasn’t until my Nana taught me how to crochet at 12 that I truly fell in love with the craft. By my senior year in high school, I was already creating my own clothing and thinking about fashion in a whole new way. In 2021, I decided to take the plunge, fine-tune my skills, and launch Hooked by Ashanti, turning my crochet passion into a business. Now, I’m on a mission to bring creative, custom-made fashion to the world, one stitch at a time.
